Bob DeLisa is President and founder of DeLisaGroup, a small team of professionals and support staff which assists clients in their organizational, team, and management development strategies. Bob’s personal client list numbers well over 300 companies, and he has worked in virtually every kind and size of organizational environment. Bob is a graduate of Villanova University and the University of Hartford, where he received his M.S. in Organizational Behavior. He has served as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Hartford's Barney School of Business and resides in Connecticut. Prior to forming DeLisaGroup in 1977, Bob served as VP of Human Resources for a major supermarket chain. Bob is a frequent guest on business radio and television programs, and is often quoted in newspaper and magazine articles on workplace issues. Bob specializes in all areas of human resource management and development, team building, and generational business transfer. |
